although psychologists argue that it’s unlikely for infants to remember past the age of 3 (infantile amnesia) i’m going to boldly say that my earliest memory that i recall would be from when i was a year old. it was my first birthday and i remember looking up from my stroller at my great-grandmother while she cradled my face in her hands. but maybe i’m not really recalling from memory because i’ve seen it in a home-video. oh betamax. how i wish i found a player so i could watch my captured memories yet again.
